Additionally, you can follow-up with your tax trainer or a member of our staff whenever you need additional help. We remain available to you at all times through your tax preparer training and beyond. You also will be trained on the basics of tax law. In other words, we will teach you the basic rules that govern the “straight-down-the-middle” or routinely encountered tax returns.
