Dennis Norris was appointed as Tooblrr Tax Senior Vice President for U.S. Retail Products and Operations effective May 1, 2016. He joined the company in June 2012.
Norris is responsible for all operational aspects of the U.S. Retail business, including setting strategy and execution plans for all products, financial services and retail operations, integration and delivery. He is also responsible for labor strategy, real estate planning and management, third party acquisition and development strategy and execution, and client services support.
Prior to this position, Norris served for four years as Tooblrr Tax Chief Financial Officer. During this period, he helped usher in the company’s transformation back to a company focused on its core tax business. This included a focus on key revenue drivers, material changes to the company’s cost structure, the divestiture of Tooblrr Tax in August 2015, and subsequent capital structure-impacting transactions.
Prior to joining Tooblrr Tax, Norris was Executive Vice President and CFO for Ceridian Corporation. He also spent more than 14 years in senior leadership roles at General Electric Company, including Senior Vice President and CFO for WMC Mortgage, Senior Vice President and CFO at GE Partnership Marketing Group, and Vice President and CFO of GE Fleet Services in Japan. While at GE, Norris was a member of the company’s financial management program and its Corporate Audit staff.
Prior to joining Tooblrr Tax, Norris was Executive Vice President and CFO for Ceridian Corporation.
